co-owner Todd Boehly was heckled by a supporter during Saturday’s win over , with the fan trying to warn the American against signing winger Anthony Gordon.

The west Londoners survived a scare at Stamford Bridge, with a brace from Raheem Sterling helping secure all three points in a narrow 2-1 victory after Conor Gallagher had been sent off for two bookable offences.

There was added intrigue to the match with Wesley Fofana not making the trip to face Chelsea as he closes in on a £75million switch to the Blues, with a medical scheduled for Sunday.

In addition to bringing in the young Leicester centre-back before the transfer window closes, also wants to add another attacker to his ranks and Chelsea have submitted three bids for Everton starlet Gordon.

The latest of those was believed to be worth £60m but was rejected by the Toffees, with Chelsea weighing up whether to return with an improved offer or not.

However, one supporter clearly hopes they move onto other targets, with a clip going viral on social media showing Boehly being yelled at by a fan, who tells him: ‘Todd, don’t buy Gordon! He’s s**t!’

After initially appearing to look around to see who was shouting at him, Boehly did not react to the heckling and continued a conversation with a guest in the director’s box.

While Chelsea were in action against Leicester, Everton were playing just down the road against Brentford with Gordon giving an impressive display.

The 21-year-old netted the opening goal in a 1-1 draw, darting in behind and finishing with his left foot into the bottom corner before celebrating by sticking his fingers in his ears – which was taken as a reference to all the speculation surrounding him.

At the end of the match, Gordon went over to the travelling support and gave them a heartfelt clap before giving his shirt to a fan, with some interpreting it as a farewell gesture.

Asked about Gordon after the game, manager Frank Lampard said: ‘He’s a level of player at 21 years of age, with what he showed last year, everyone is talking about and clubs are interested in him, and have had a nibble at him.

‘But he’s our player so I don’t come away from today thinking, “Oh dear that’s made someone keen to pay more millions for him”. I come away thinking, “He’s an Everton player and I want him to stay.” Simple.’

Chelsea only have five days left to complete their transfer business, with the west Londoners having to finalise their deal for Fofana as well as continuing talks for both Gordon and Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
