United are open to letting Fred, Donny van de Beek, Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire leave in the coming days, which would fund the deals for Amrabat and Todibo.
Fulham have been chasing Fred, Real Sociedad linked with Van de Beek and West Ham have already made bids for Maguire and McTominay, but they have been turned down as the Red Devils want more than the £60m offered for the pair.
