Olivier Giroud has urged one of his former team-mates to join him at this summer.
France winner Giroud spent three-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge, scoring 39 goals in 119 appearances for the Blues.
The 36-year-old moved to AC Milan in 2021 and has continued to be of use in the Serie A, scoring 27 goals across the last two seasons and helping Stefano Pioli’s side reach the semi-final.

Giroud hopes AC Milan take advantage of the clear-out in west London by signing his former Blues team-mate Christian Pulisic.
USA international Pulisic has largely flattered to deceive during his four-year spell at Chelsea, only starting eight league games this season.
‘I think everyone would like it,’ Giroud said on the prospect of Pulisic joining AC Milan.
‘He’s a big name in Europe, so that would help us. He is that kind of player with great skills, with great talent.
‘He is a cheerful boy, always smiling and we laughed a lot together.
‘Our understanding on the pitch was also excellent, a bit like with Eden Hazard, even though I played less with Christian. We knew how to find each other.’
Despite Pulisic’s frustrating spell in west London, he still has fans across Europe and .
