Real Madrid midfielder, Toni Kroos, has said he "would not be surprised" if the club signs Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain.
According to him, Los Blancos are renowned for recruiting the world's best talent.
Kroos was asked about the possible arrival of Mbappe as Lionel Messi prepares to join PSG this week.
He told BILD: "I prefer to talk about signings that have already been completed.
"But since Real [Madrid] always want the best, I would not be surprised."
Mbappe's current contract with the Ligue 1 side expires in June 2022.
The 21-year-old is yet to agree fresh terms with PSG, but the club has continuously insisted he won't be sold this summer.
