According to Alfredo Pedulla, Chelsea have asked about Vlahovic’s situation through intermediaries but have yet to submit an offer to Juventus.
The report claims that Juventus are willing to stand firm over Vlahovic and have made it clear that they will not accept any offers lower than €75 million (£64m), plus further performance-related bonus payments.
It’s also claimed that Liverpool and Newcastle United have also enquired about Federico Chiesa but Juventus are also unwilling to drop their valuation and are demanding a minimum of €55m (£46.9m).
Chelsea, meanwhile, remain in talks with Inter over a deal for Romelu Lukaku.
Inter’s offer of £23 million has been rejected .
Lukaku has also rejected interest from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, who have already signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea this summer.
The Belgian striker, who scored 14 goals during his loan spell with Inter last season, is keen to remain playing in Europe.
