The Brazil international has just one year left on his deal with United, who could sell in order to avoid seeing the midfielder leave on a free transfer next year.

According to , United have now slapped a £20m price tag on Fred as they consider offloading the 30-year-old.
Fulham are strongly interested in a deal and despite not being willing to pay that much, the west Londoners are hoping that a compromise can be reached.
