have confirmed that Luke Shaw will be sidelined for ‘a few months’ with a hamstring injury.
The left-back has made just 15 appearances for United this season due to injury with a hamstring issue.

United have now announced that Shaw will not return anytime soon and the 28-year-old will undergo further medical tests.
A statement from United on Wednesday evening read: ‘ has sustained a muscle injury and will be out for an extended period.
‘Further assessment is still needed to determine the severity but we expect him to be absent for a few months.’
Erik ten Hag is now without a recognised first-team left-back as Tyrell Malacia remains absent due to a long-term injury.
Lisandro Martinez, who played at left-back under Ten Hag at Ajax is also out as he continues to recover from a knee injury.
Victor Lindelof deputised for Shaw and is expected to be Ten Hag’s first-choice option at left-back for the remainder of United’s campaign.
