‘I would urge him to get in there, knock on the door and see if they can work things out.
‘The kid’s a talented player, we haven’t really seen the best of him here, but we know he’s got really, really good ability. But he can’t have the issue now where there’s rules for one and rules for another.
‘Ten Hag’s been like that since he’s walked through the door, he will not put up with this ill-discipline.’
