‘His physical capabilities are just unbelievable so it’s always going to be a tough day against him. You need to try and catch him off guard or in the wrong positions but even then he can recover so it’s always a difficult game against Kyle.’
Rashford also reserved praise for two of Walker’s Manchester City team-mates, describing Erling Haaland as the best player in the Premier League last season and Kevin de Bruyne as the outstanding player in recent years.
In his first season in England, Haaland scored a staggering 52 goals in 53 games to help Man City .
‘Last season it was definitely Haaland,’ Rashford said when asked to name the best player in the Premier League. ‘But over the last four or five years it’s De Bruyne, 100%.’
Manchester City will attempt to win the Premier League for the fourth year in a row next season and kick-start their title defence on August 11 against Burnley, managed by club legend Vincent Kompany.
