But Pochettino says he was given a vote of confidence from Boehly ahead a crucial FA Cup fourth round replay against Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Pochettino explained he has ‘heard nothing’ to suggest he has lost the trust of the Chelsea owners.
‘I received a very good text after the game against Wolves from the owners. We’re all together in this,’ he said.
He continued: ‘Of course, it’s always a tough job. But at the same time it is an exciting project and a project that we know is difficult.
‘In this type of moment, we are living in a situation that is not nice, we can learn. It is a good opportunity to learn.
‘I told the players today in the meeting that I trust them more than ever. We really trust the players we have. We are going to face this moment and knowing we can move back and win games.’
Chelsea missed a string of opportunities to beat put the fourth round tie against Villa to bed at Stamford Bridge in late January.
‘It is true we played well in the game we played at Stamford Bridge [vs Villa],’ he continued.
‘In football it is like this, we cannot change the past, only we can affect the future. We told the players to be ready.
