The 21-year-old was regarded as one of the most promising young talents to emerge from the Arsenal youth academy but has struggled with the transition to senior football.
The midfielder has spells on loan at Portsmouth, Spanish side UD Ibiza and Wigan Athletic over the last three years
Azeez’s contract with the Gunners is set to expire at the end of the season with reporting he is now set to join Spanish outfit Atletico Baleares who play in Spain’s regionalised third-tier.
Azeez has made just one senior appearance for Arsenal, coming off the bench for his debut in December 2020 in a Europa League clash against Irish side Dundalk.
Last season, a loan spell at Wigan turned disastrous, making two appearances having joined in January before failing to make the Championship squad for the remainder of the campaign.

Elsewhere at Arsenal, Charles Sagoe Jr has completed a loan move to Swansea City for the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old made one appearances for Mikel Arteta’s side in the first-half of the season in a Carabao Cup third round game against Brentford with the forward eager to take the next step in his development.
‘I’m really excited to get going. I’m glad the deal has got over the line and I can’t wait to get out on the pitch,’ said Sagoe Jr.
‘I spoke to the manager and he told me that the philosophy is very possession-based, and the wingers are integral to how Swansea play.
‘He wants them to be direct and get lots of crosses into the box, create chances for the team. That’s my game really, creating chances and getting opportunities to score.
‘As a winger, I like to get on the ball a lot and help the team as much as I can.
‘I don’t mind which side I play. Wherever the manager plays me, I’ll just give it my all. I’ll always put in 110 per cent in everything, whether I’m on the left or the right. I don’t mind, I’ll just give it my all.’
