Richarlison reveals big-money offer for him to leave Tottenham this summer

Tottenham forward Richarlison has revealed there has been a substantial offer for him to move to but he has no intention of leaving the Premier League or harming his chances of playing for Brazil.

The 27-year-old joined Spurs in 2022 and had a very forgettable first campaign, scoring just one Premier League goal, but things significantly improved over the last season.

The Brazilian netted 11 times in 28 Premier League games and, although his season was hampered by injury, clearly made his presence known under .

Al Hilal have been linked with a bid to try and tempt him away from Spurs, and the man himself has confirmed that an offer has come in from the Saudi Pro League.

However, his priorities lie elsewhere and he does not want to put in jeopardy his chances of making the Brazil squad for the 2026 World Cup.

‘There has been an offer but my dream of playing for the Brazilian Seleção and in the speaks louder,’ Richarlison told

‘The money is big but my dreams are bigger.’

Tottenham have have had a relatively quiet transfer window so far, with Archie Gray their most significant arrival in a £40m move from Leeds.

The 18-year-old has been joined by three other teenagers in arriving in north London as Lucas Bergvall signed from Djurgarden, Yang Min-hyuk from Gangwon and George Feeney from Glentoran, while Timo Werner has signed on loan again.

Spurs do want to make another major signing, though, with a forward the priority for Postecoglou and Dominic Solanke at the top of the shopping list.
