But Keane expects injury-prone Neto to ‘add to the chaos’ in west London and believes he will endure a disappointing first season for Chelsea.
When ex-Arsenal and England striker Ian Wright suggested Neto could be one of the signings of the summer, Keane said on : ‘No! He’s always injured! F*** sake. He’s like [Luke] Shaw.
‘He’ll add to the chaos. He’s going to add to the chaos. He will run everywhere and then spend six months on the treatment table with a hamstring injury.’
Following his move to Stamford Bridge, Neto said: ‘I feel really grateful to have joined this club.
‘I have worked really hard in my career to be here and I’m looking forward to getting on the pitch with this shirt.’

Palmer handed new Chelsea deal
The Blues were reliant on England star Cole Palmer last season and , keeping him at the club until 2033.
