believes Armando Broja will not leave Chelsea this summer following ’s £30 million bid for the striker.
The 20-year-old is pushing for a regular role at Chelsea following his impressive spell on loan at Southampton last season.
However, West Ham and are both interested in the Albania international and ’ side have submitted an improved offer of £30m plus add-ons this week.
Broja has been forced to pull out of Chelsea’s pre-season tour and has returned to London due to an injury.
But Tuchel expects Broja to remain at Stamford Bridge and says it has been clear that the striker has been out to impress in training.
‘I don’t expect Armando to leave,’ Tuchel said during his press conference on Tuesday.
‘We are aware of offers and we are aware of interest, that just tells us that there’s a lot of potential and we’ll take this decision with the owners, with me and, in the end, also with the player.
‘Right now, when he arrived for me it was clear he was trying to impress and he’s trying to become a player as soon as possible.
‘After his loan at Southampton the situation was very clear, to make the next step, to show his improvement, to make an impression in , unfortunately he injured himself.
‘Of course there’s a lot of noise going on because there are offers and interest in him, let’s see how this goes.
‘But I’m pretty calm about it because we know the situation and we have a contracts and we go from there.’
