have a long list of targets as they plan a summer spending spree, boosted by the £100m they are set to receive from Arsenal for .

Rice is joining the Gunners for an initial £100m, which could rise to £105m with add-ons and the Hammers are looking to reinvest on a number of players.

, but wants to strengthen elsewhere as well.

With the Hammers winning the Europa Conference League at the end of last season they will be playing in the Europa League in the coming campaign, so there chances of attracting their targets should be increased.

report that they have the likes of Manchester United’s Harry Maguire, Leicester City’s Harvey Barnes, Southampton’s James Ward-Prowse, Manchester City man Kalvin Phillips and Everton midfielder Amadou Onana are all on their shopping list.

Clearly that string of players would cost far too much in total for the east London club to afford, but they will look to at least bring in some of those targets as they aim to improve on last season.

Maguire may have fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford and Phillips has never been up the pecking order at the Etihad but both appear keen to stay and fight for their places unless a seriously tempting offer comes in.

Everton will be keen to keep hold of Onana as one of the few bright sparks of last season’s struggles, but relegated pair Ward-Prowse and Barnes are realistic targets for Moyes.

With Southampton and Leicester now in the Championship, West Ham will fancy their chances of bringing them back to the top flight, but that does not mean they will be cheap.

The Saints reportedly want around £50m for Ward-Prowse and the Foxes around £40m for Barnes, although they may have to settle for less if the players push hard for moves back to the Premier League.
