Which Carabao Cup third round matches are on TV this week?

action resumes this week with a full schedule of third round matches set to take place over the next few days.

The 16 ties will be held over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening, with a spot in the fourth round up for grabs.

What Carabao Cup games are on TV?

Two Carabao Cup third round matches will be shown live on TV in the UK this week.

The first TV offering will be vs on Wednesday at 8pm, which will be shown live on Main Event and Sky Sports .

The second match broadcast on TV will be vs Aston Villa on Thursday at 8pm, which will also be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.

Coverage of both matches will get underway from 7pm on Sky.

How to watch the Carabao Cup on TV and live stream

Sky customers can stream the matches live on the Sky Sports website and on the Sky Go app.

Sky Q and Sky+ customers can add Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Football to their existing deals for an .

Fans can also access Sky Sports for 24-hours by day pass from £11.98, or for a whole month from £33.99.

What are the other ties this week?

A total of 32 teams will contest the Carabao Cup third.

Other than Manchester City vs Chelsea and Manchester United vs Aston Villa, none of the remaining matches will be shown live on TV in the UK.
