James Buerk, who works in football marketing in Germany, told the Mirror: ‘He has taken Germany by storm. The fans love him, he is as big a star in Germany now as he was in England.’

His huge popularity with Bayern fans is demonstrated by the fact the club sold over 10,000 Kane shirts on the day his transfer was announced.

This saw the club shop set an all-time record for merchandise sales in a single day, with Kane shirts sold at £150 apiece, beating the previous benchmark after winning the Champions League in 2020.

The 30 year-old already earns a reported £380,000 per week at the German champions, making him the highest-paid player in the Bundesliga.

The move to Bavaria saw Kane earn a significant increase in the reported £200,000 per-week salary he was on at Spurs.

The striker, , agreed a lifetime Skechers boot deal with the footwear brand in August 2023.

Kane was front and centre of the launch of their first-ever football boots, electing to end his existing deal with Nike in order to pursue the new endorsement.

Spaking about his partnership with the American brand, Kane said: ‘Ever since meeting the design team and seeing the boots for the first time, I felt confident that Skechers was onto something special… they’re unlike anything I’ve experienced before.’

‘I wouldn’t back a brand or gear if I didn’t 100% believe in it. This is the real deal.’

Kane also boasts endorsements with the likes of Cadbury, EA Sports, Hugo Boss, Amazon and Beats.
