has reportedly denied he in 1973.

Last year, the Aerosmith star was that accused him of sexual assault.

Tyler, 75, has now filed a response that is said to include claims accuser Julia Misley (formerly known as Julia Holcomb) consented to their relationship.

The rocker’s reply was filed at LA’s County Superior Court last week and apparently requested the lawsuit be dismissed.

According , Tyler is being represented by lawyer Shawn Holley and has issued 24 affirmative defences while denying all allegations.

The musician’s defences are said to state that the claimant ‘gave consent’ therefore ‘barring’ the allegations and that Misley didn’t ‘suffer any injury or damage as a result of any action by the defendant’.

Tyler’s defence also insists he should be granted immunity because he was a ‘caretaker and/or guardian’ at the time Misley claims the assaults happened.

In December, Misley filed documents seen by  that alleged Tyler ‘groomed, exploited [and] sexually assaulted’ her over the course of three years, beginning when she was 16, due to his fame and status.

Misley alleged that she met the rocker in 1973 following a concert in Portland, Oregon, just after her 16th birthday – when he was around 25 years old.

He reportedly took her back to his hotel room and ‘performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon’ her.

After their first meeting, the lawsuit states that Tyler brought her a plane ticket to Seattle for his next stage appearance – as she was a minor and was not legally able to travel across state lines with him – and allegedly performed more sexual acts on her.

In 1974, he reportedly convinced Misley’s mother to grant him guardianship over her, allowing them to travel freely together. He claimed that he could provide the teenager with better support and care and promised to enrol her in school.

However, the paperwork allegedly claimed that he ‘did not meaningfully follow through on these promises and instead continued to travel with, assault and provide alcohol and drugs to Plaintiff’.

She allegedly became pregnant with Tyler’s child in 1975, at the age of 17 – but he insisted that she should get an abortion – something she was reportedly hesitant about, but he threatened to stop supporting her if she didn’t go through with it.

After this, Misley returned home to Portland and later met her husband – keeping her time with Tyler to herself until the musician discussed the situation in his memoir, reportedly published without her consent.
