The recently took the time to with an ‘immersive’ trip through the Grand Canyon and along the Colorado River.
While on the trip, she says she formed close friendships with ‘beautiful souls’ who ‘laughed, cried and formed lifelong bonds’ as they were reminded of the beauty and importance of nature.
Demi, who is currently undergoing the heartbreak of as Bruce Willis , took to Instagram on Monday to share snapshots of her transformative trip.
And alongside the glorious views and new friendships, Demi indulged in – and, naturally, looked incredible doing so.
In a photograph, Demi can be seen raising her arms up as water pours onto her body, smiling widely.
The star is dressed only in a black bikini, showcasing her toned figure.
Fans flocked to the comments of her post, many asking the same question: ‘What’s your secret to staying so young and beautiful?’
‘Bloody hell, she looks constantly amazing,’ one awed fan wrote.
‘She is in her best age having fun and looking GORGEOUS!,’ another said.
And as one person put it: ‘She is everything.’
Other snaps from the trip see Demi hiking with friends, sharing snaps of the incredible views, taking a boat down the river and posing for a group shot under a stream of water.
She shared the ‘precious moments from my recent adventure’ while insisting she would ‘never truly be able to describe the many ways that this recent nature immersion has impacted me.’

It’s not the first time Demi has blown fans away with stunning bikini pics, earlier this year posing for stunning snaps in a leopard print two-piece.
The Indecent Proposal actress recruited her chihuahua, Pilaf, for a series of sunkissed photos where she held her arms behind her head and lay back, before crouching down in the sand with the pup while gazing out towards the ocean.
It’s hard to believe from the age-defying photos, but Demi recently became a grandmother for the first time as her and Bruce’s daughter, Rumer Willis, gave birth to a daughter.
She welcomed daughter Louetta Isley Thomas Willis in April this year, with Demi later paying tribute to her writing: ‘You brought a depth, meaning, and purpose to my existence along with an understanding of love that I had never known.’
‘Now here you are my baby, with your own baby, bringing even greater meaning, magic, and love into all of our lives.’
Demi and Bruce also share daughters Scout, 31, and Tallulah, 29, from their marriage, which ended in divorce in 2000.
The former couple remained extremely close, with Demi supporting Bruce and his wife Emma Heming Willis after the Die Hard actor was diagnosed with and aphasia.
