and Halle Berry are set to make our movie dreams come true with a brand new action thriller.

According to reports, the Maleficent actress, 47, and Monster’s Ball star, 56, will be teaming up for Maude v Maude, which is .

reports that Warner Bros won the rights to the upcoming film after a fierce bidding war, with both leads also serving as producers.

Jeff Kirschenbaum, Joe Roth and Holly Jeter – Halle’s producing partner – are also on board as producers.

Roseanne Liang is slated to direct, while Scott Mosier has penned the script – but details have been kept tightly under wraps in terms of plot.

An insider told the outlet that it will be similar to a Bond v Bourne action film, with locations around the globe.

Maude v Maude could not be more up our street.

There is currently no indication on a release date but, seeing as Halle and Angelina are currently booked and busy, we may be in for a wait.

Halle, , is working on thriller flick Never Let Go, beside Anthony B Jenkins and Percy Daggs, 

It follows a mom and her twin sons, who have found themselves plagued by an evil spirit.

Their world comes crashing down when one of her sons questions whether their tormentor is real, leading to a possibly fatal struggle to survive.

Meanwhile, Angelina will next be seen in the role of Maria Callas in a new biopic on the opera singer, simply titled Maria.

The project, helmed by Spencer director Pablo Larrain, is based on true accounts and will explore the final days of the renowned musician.

‘I take very seriously the responsibility to Maria’s life and legacy. I will give all I can to meet the challenge,’ Angelina said of the film.

‘Pablo Larrain is a director I have long admired. 

‘To be allowed the chance to tell more of Maria’s story with him, and with a script by Steven Knight, is a dream.’
