It was confirmed last month that Sean Preston, 17, and 16-year-old Jayden James , with Britney having agreed to her ex’s request to relocate.

According to new reports, the big move will take place on Tuesday but despite dad Kevin ‘encouraging’ the teens to see their mum before leaving California, they have no plans to do so.

Last month, it was reported that Kevin approached his ex-wife’s lawyers with a deadline to sign off on his moving plans, reportedly telling them they had days to agree to his request to move his two sons to a new home or he would be taking the matter to a judge in court.
According to comments made by Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan to TMZ, there were several requests put forward to the Hit Me Baby One More Time star’s for consent via letter or email.
The legal professional explained that Kevin planned to relocate to Hawaii on August 1 with his sons and wife Victoria but was struggling to make arrangements without the popstar’s greenlight, including renting a house for his family.
Victoria has apparently received a job offer in the sports department of a local university in the state, hence their relocation.
Soon after, Mark confirmed to that Britney ‘consented’ to the move.
‘It’s an opportunity for Kevin and his wife, and the boys are ready to get away from the L.A. microscope,’ he added.
