The frontman, 55, shocked fans last month after announcing in a bombshell post that he had cheated on his wife, 48, during their 21-year marriage and fathered a child out of wedlock.

He turned the comments off on the ‘last-ditch effort’ post, which sources claim was made after Jordyn gave him an ‘ultimatum’ after finding out about his lovechild ‘well before the world found out.’
Now, speaking to the an insider has given an update into the status of the couple’s relationship, stating the Everlong singer is trying to ‘divert his focus’ so that he can be there for his wife and support her for the ‘day-to-day things she wants’.
‘He thinks the marriage is salvageable so why not try to fix it?’ They said.
According to the source, Jordyn hasn’t felt like his ‘number one’ for a long time now: ‘She gave him an ultimatum to figure it out and he wants to regain her trust,’
