has unveiled the cover art for her upcoming album – her 53rd – where she will switch for the first time ever.
The music icon, 77, took to social media to share the news with her fans, and announced its release date too.
‘I’m a rockstar now! My new album Rockstar is coming November 17 and it’s available for pre-order. Let’s rock n’ roll ?❤️?,’ she told her followers on Instagram.
Alongside the message, she posted a look at Rockstar’s cover art, which showed her reclining in a retro-looking car interior and resting her hand on a leopard-skin covered steering wheel.
With her usual blonde coiffure in place and a slash of red lipstick, was channelling her inner rock chick in a black lace corseted mini-dress with gold studded sleeves.
She capped off her look with gold statement earrings and a.

The album will be a two CD release, featuring a whopping 30 tracks comprised of nine original songs from Dolly and 21 from Sting, Pink and Stevie Nicks to Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Debbie Harry and Sir Elton John.
Songs on the record include Purple Rain, Heart of Glass, Open Arms and Don’t Let the Sun Go Down On Me.
Excitingly for fans, she even dropped the fist original song from Rockstar – World On Fire – on Thursday after debuting it live at the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards, where she was co-host.
Those who have already listened to the rousing tune were living for it.

Rockstar’s release is a direct response to her initial hesitation to accept her nomination to be last year.
She had originally as she didn’t want to deprive the honour from a rock artist, unaware that so many musicians outside of the genre were already included.
