hasn’t been shy when it comes to but today he’s been rubbing shoulders with some of their employees.
The 63-year-old presenter was attending the TRIC (Television and Radio Industries Club) awards, which celebrates the achievements of online and on-screen productions.
Despite the recent war of words, Eamonn, who was using crutches following back surgery, appeared in good spirits as he made his way down the pink carpet at ’s Grosvenor House.
Joining him at the prestigious event were many of ITV’s stars (awkward!) including money expert , who earlier in the day was , and Angellica Bell. The pair work together on the broadcaster’s popular finance programme – The Martin Lewis Money Show.
Regular This Morning contributor Vanessa Feltz, as well as Lorraine and Good Morning Britain’s Dr Hilary Jones also attended the swanky three-course dinner and awards show.
Not to miss out on a fun daytime event, Charlotte Hawkins matched the pink carpet in a pink dress.
Up until 2020, Eamonn was a regular presenter on This Morning – alongside wife Ruth Langsford, he presented the Friday edition of the show.
However, he doesn’t have positive things to say about his former employer. During a bombshell interview on GB News, Eamonn claimed ITV was ‘toxic.’
Interviewer Dan Wootton brought up a formal complaint that was reported to have been made by his wife Ruth, 63, about former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield in 2019.
‘But that was because he was so rude,’ Eamonn responded, before bringing up a statement that Phillip previously made shutting down speculation of ‘toxicity’ at This Morning.
‘This nonsense that he wrote today about toxicity, about it’s a happy place and whatever… holy god, what planet does this man live on? He created an atmosphere where people hated him,’ the GB News broadcaster continued.
‘People would avoid him in the corridor. He didn’t look at anybody, he didn’t know anybody’s names. Holly [Willougby] doesn’t know people’s names either. This is legendary within the production team, that’s how distant they are and how they just don’t care.’

ITV chief executive Carolyn McCall addressed claims during a government committee, weeks after Schofield admitted to an affair with a runner, quitting the broadcaster with ‘immediate effect.’
‘What I would say is that it’s not something that we take that seriously,’ she responded to MP questioning.
‘What I know is that when we talk about culture it’s incredibly important to me, personally and so it deeply disappoints me, right?
‘But we do not recognise that in This Morning and the reason for that is that we have tangible evidence to tell you that the vast majority of people at daytime and at This Morning are engaged.
‘That’s not to say we don’t take complaints about it seriously. We’ve had two complaints in five years about that issue. Both of them taken very seriously.’
