Rumours started swirling in July that the model was preparing to end her marriage of four years.

Now, court documents obtained by are said to show that the Inamorata designer filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, September 8.
She is said to have noted that her filing was ‘contested’, meaning there are issues to be resolved before the couple can legally end their marriage.
Emily shares one-year-old son Sylvester with Sebastian, and sparked break-up rumours earlier this year when she was in a TikTok video.
The couple have been married since February 2018 after tying the knot in New York with a small group of friends as witnesses.
Emily and Sebastian announced they were expecting their first child two and a half years later, with Sylvester being born on March 8, 2021.

The actress raised eyebrows in what appeared to be as she took part in a duet with another user on TikTok, who had captioned their video: ‘When he think he’s a 10 because he pulled you but you like ugly men.’
Emily, who starred in Gone Girl, added to the comments section beside her video: ‘For legal reasons this is a joke.’
She marked her four-year anniversary with Sebastian back in March with a public post on Instagram, but notably did not publicly celebrate Father’s Day, which landed in June this year.
The last time the pair were seen out together was in mid-June, while on holiday together in Italy where they appeared to be in good spirits.
Reps for Emily and Sebastian have been contacted for comment.
