‘People have so much to say about other people’s choices with THEIR bodies. This is what MY BODY looks like post birth. I know some people will likely say I look great or I don’t need to put pressure on myself. Let me clear – I’m not.
‘However I’m ready to feel more confident and comfortable in MY own skin & I want to inspire other women to feel the same.’
She concluded the post: ‘I won’t be exercising until I’ve been given the all clear after my 6 week check but I can still lose weight and have energy and prioritise my wellbeing.’
