Get ready to feel old, folks, because Ginny Weasley is pregnant!

Well, the actress who played her is.

Bonnie Wright, 32, who played the Weasley sister in the franchise, is expecting her first child.

Announcing the adorable news, the movie star cradled her baby bump in the most precious snaps.

Standing alongside in front of stunning views, she penned on Instagram: ‘We’re having a baby! So excited to share this beautiful land with them.

‘What a wild and humbling journey pregnancy is, transforming to make space for new life.

‘Andrew and I can’t wait to meet our baby later this year and become parents ??

‘It feels like they’re coming to say hello in the little rainbow orb across my belly’.

The star was met with a wealth of congratulatory messages in the comments, as one fan wrote sweetly: ‘Aaaah another Weasley’.

‘Its Hogwarts all over again! First Daniel, Now You! Congratulations!’, another penned.

Fellow Hogwarts alum Scarlett Hefner – who played Slytherin house member Pansy Parkinson – and on-screen brother James Phelps were also overjoyed for the couple.

Scarlett wrote: ‘Congratulations to you both! So exciting’, while James wrote: ‘Congratulations.’

Bonnie and Andrew married last year, with the actress announcing their wedding by sharing pictures of their rings, hailing it ‘the best day of my life.’

Just a month before saying their vows, the London-born star had left her Los Angeles home to move in with Andrew.

It’s not known how long the parents-to-be have been together, but they first shared their romance online back in February 2020.

She was previously engaged to co-star Jamie Campbell Bower from 2011 to 2012, before on to date former Glee star Jacob Artist, and entrepreneur Simon Hammerstein.

After playing Ginny across 10 years, Bonnie continued acting.

She also took on other projects, such as directing and activism, as she’s especially passionate about the environment.
