star has revealed how she was awkwardly snubbed by fellow campmate .
The EastEnders star, 30, from the reality series earlier this week.
After swapping Albert Square for , Danielle had spent a grand total of 20 days in camp before the public had voted to send her home.
Labelling her time on the show as like, the actress formed a close friendship with Made in star Sam, 31, whom she regularly referred to as her ‘older brother’.
However, she’s now explained how before they’d even met, Sam had left her hanging with a social media snub.
In a video posted to the show’s official social media pages, Danielle was asked about her immediate plans after leaving the jungle.
When questioned about which of her campmates she was rushing to follow on social media after meeting them, she singled out former boxer Tony Bellew.
‘Tony is the best guy ever! He’s just amazing,’ she said.
Not skipping a beat, she also decided to share how she did already follow Sam, but he’d never reciprocated.
‘By the way I already follow Sam – he doesn’t follow me back though,’ she declared.
Despite this, Danielle has thrown her support behind Sam taking out the title and being named King of The Jungle in Sunday’s finale.
Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec after her elimination, she said: ‘Sam, please vote for Sam… he’s such a trooper, he’s such a great guy.
‘[Sam’s] literally become a brother to me. We’re both a bit crazy, bubbly and loud, probably got on everyone’s nerves down there… he made me laugh so much.
‘He’s the most amazing guy, my best mate in there and we just had the absolute best time. We did not stop laughing the whole way.’
She added: ‘I thought [his energy] was brilliant, I’m egging it on. You need someone down there with energy constant, when you dip, you need someone to bring you back up, and that’s Sam.’
Her comments come after Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard also backed Sam to win the series after his exit the day before Danielle’s.
‘Sam deserves it, well they all deserve it, but he does and I think he really wants to win… Sam’s the lifeblood in there, it wouldn’t be the same without him, he’s got so much energy,’ he said.
