star Chris Pontius instantly new something was wrong during a scary stunt involving a lot of sharks.

The stunt stars were filming a piece called ‘Junping the Shark’ for Discovery Channel’s Shark Week when Chris’ co-star Poopies has his arm ripped to shreds in terrifying scenes.

Appearing on news.com.au’s I’ve Got News For You podcast, Pontius recalled the moment Poopies’ arm was left ‘danging by the tendons’ during the underwater stunt which saw him waterski off a jump and land in the middle of a group of sharks.

He said: ‘We thought the sharks would scatter when he landed off the jump, but instead they attacked him. Right when he landed, you knew it was gonna go bad.

‘We were in an island country and we had to fly him to Florida. Luckily they were able to sew the tendons and blood vessels back and he made a total recovery.’

Pontius has also opened up on Jackass Forever, and admitted his favourite stunt in the latest film saw co-star Aaron get hit in the groin by champion Francis Ngannou.

His punch is described in the film as like ‘being hit by a Ford Escort at top speed’.
Pontius said: ‘He holds the record for hardest punch in the world.

‘[Francis Ngannou] was such a sweet guy, you know, enormous and just spectacularly powerful but he was really funny… when he hit Aaron it was hilarious.’

However, he was ‘really scared’ for one of his own stunts when he had to flatten his penis ‘like a pancake’ – although it didn’t hurt ‘that bad’ in the end.

Meanwhile, the Jackass veteran hasn’t ruled out more films in the future, despite making the latest movie as if it was their ‘last one’.

He explained: ‘We made this one like it was the last one. Everyone went full on for this movie… but you never know what will happen.’
