has made an incredible recovery after almost losing his life in an accident earlier this year as he joined a host of other celebrities for Kate Beckinsale’s birthday party.
The Marvel star, 52, was in January, leaving him with crushed bones and needing to learn to walk again after spending time in intensive care.
He has been keeping fans updated on his journey, and recently was able after keeping up with to help bring back his strength.
Now the Arrival actor has been spotted looking in top form after for Kate, easily walking on his own – while at one point throwing an arm around Casey Affleck.
Jeremy dressed casually for the part, in a denim shirt and cream trousers, and grinned happily as he stepped out on to the street.
He slashed a smile to the camera as he Casey, dressed in a green Irish t-shirt and jeans, left the party together with their arms around each other, and at one stage both were snapped laughing as they meandered down the road.
They were far from the only celebs spotted leaving the party, with Demi Moore seen with her daughters Talulah and Scout Willis.
Demi looked incredible in an all-white outfit with ground-length skirt and white trainers, her dark hair sleek down her back and large wire-framed glasses.
Her daughters, who she shares with ex-husband Bruce Willis, showed of their own fashion favours, with Scout in a wrap-around white top baring her toned body, along with casual jeans, and Talulah opting for a striking red blazer with gold glitter.
While she and Bruce have been separated for many years, Demi remains close with her ex, and often attends family events, including as the family now grapple with the actor’s dementia diagnosis.
Queen star Adam Lambert went all out for the bash, matching his sleek silver suit to his black-and-grey quiffed hair.
Staring down the camera as he was snapped on the street, the effect was maximised by striking eye makeup.
Another angle showed off the musician’s incredible jewellery, with a spiky gold piece around his ear.
UK TV star Chloe Sims stunned in an all-black outfit, with a blazer covering her shoulders over a skin-tight black corset-type dress.
A slit ran up exposing her leg, while elsewhere the gown trailed the floor, matched with some high heels.
Fellow British TV personality Vas J Morgan looked class in a black suit with an extra bit of dazzle in the form of silver jewels on the lapels, while US actress Caylee Cowan attended with friends, each of them in similar short black dresses with cut-outs showing off their figure.
The party comes after a tough time for Kate, who last month announced she was mourning the death of her beloved pet cat, Clive.
In a completely understandable reaction for anyone who has owned pets, she said she was ‘totally broken’ and warned her friends ‘may not hear from me for a bit.’
And in April, the star revealed she was recovering from a mystery illness, sharing a snap of an IV drip as she admitted having a ‘tough week.’
It appears Kate has also returned to full strength as she threw the lavish party for her celeb pals and family.
The actress shot to fame in cult classic Underworld, as well as major films from Click and Van Helsing.
