On Tuesday, filed for from her husband, Joshua Jackson, after four years of marriage. Now, she’s shared a cryptic update about how no couple can ever truly be ‘separated.’
Jodie, 37, and Joshua, 45, got married in 2019, after a whirlwind romance.
They met at ’s birthday party, back in 2018, two years after the Dawsons Creek star split from Diane Kruger.
The date of separation was named September 13, 2023, and Jodie cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the . The actress reportedly requested joint , Juno, who is just three years old.
Last night, though, Jodie posted a cryptic message to her Instagram Story, reposted from the @lawofunity account, which read:
‘According to quantum physics a particle vibrating due to your sound when you speak can affect a molecule inside a star at the edge of the Universe instantly. This phenomenon is known as quantum entanglement.
‘The greatest illusion of this Universe is the illusion of separation.’
But she didn’t post this quote alone. No, alongside it came some – well, quite sexy images – which together formed a powerful message.
As one commenter put it: ‘Not you dropping pics like you didn’t just file for divorce… yes queen control the narrative’.
On Thursday, Jodie attended Balmain’s show and looked, well, stunning in a black bodysuit. Could she be dressing for revenge?
Although they’ve kept much of their private lives quiet, Jodie did reveal that their relationship began as a one-night stand: ‘when I first met my husband, it was kind of – we had a one-night stand. We’re in a two, three-year one-night stand now,’ she revealed to Seth Meyers on Late Night.
Talking to Mr Porter, Joshua revealed he was not on the lookout for love : ‘I was not looking to fall in love again or meet the mother of my child, but life has other plans for you.
‘We were pretty much inseparable from the word go. It was a whirlwind romance and I can tell my daughter I literally saw her mother across a room and thought, “I have to be next to this woman”.’
