is reportedly set to face questioning after her ex-husband made a complaint about her to the police.
This week, it emerged that officers at Worthing Police Station before being let go.
His representative confirmed to Metro.co.uk shortly afterwards: ‘Kieran assisted the police with their enquiries no further action is expected to be taken.’
It has since been claimed that Ms Price, 44, could be questioned by police after personal trainer Mr Hayler accused her of ‘harassment’.
Sussex Police told : ‘Sussex Police are investigating a report of harassment made to a person at an address in Petworth at about 7pm on December 6. Enquiries are ongoing.’
A source also told that Mr Hayler reportedly believes his ex-wife has ‘gone too far again’.
‘He’s reported her to police for harassment and he hopes action will finally be taken against Katie. He’s extremely upset and denies everything she’s accusing him of,’ they said.
Mr Hayler and Ms Price first started dating in 2012, with the pair tying the knot the following January in the Bahamas.
They welcomed two children together throughout their relationship – Jett, born in 2013, and Bunny, born the following year.

However, their romance hit a rough patch when it was revealed that he had an affair with her friend Jane Pountney – something he publicly apologised for.
The couple eventually called it quits in 2018, with Mr Hayler subsequently becoming romantically involved with Michelle Penticost, who he is engaged to.
Ms Price has five children in total, her eldest being Harvey, who she shares with former professional footballer Dwight Yorke.
The model also had two children with her ex-husband Peter Andre – Junior, born in 2005, and Princess, born in 2007.
While speaking in her Channel 4 documentary Katie Price: Trauma and Me, the former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star claimed that she’s had ‘limited access’ to some of her children.
‘Recent events have meant I’m seeing my youngest children less and the relationship between me and their father has broken down,’ she claimed.
‘It’s not good for my mental health and it’s certainly not good for their mental health.’
Ms Price said that she was ‘stuck in this rut with Jett and Bunny’, but Mr Hayler’s representatives later told The Sun: ‘Kieran’s focus remains on the children’s best interest and in maintaining the children’s best interests and safety at all times – Miss Price’s version of events are never accurately portrayed.
‘It is a shame the producers of the program did not feel it appropriate to balance the claims by interviewing the fathers who have first-hand kept the children in a loving, caring and stable environment.’
