has been lambasted by fellow holidaymakers after the bloody wounds from her recent procedure seeped into the pool at their resort.
The former glamour model has been for the past week, recovering from her sixth facelift .
Katie, 46, is said to have forked out £10,000 on the cosmetic procedure, which .
While the mum-of-five will, no doubt, be eagerly awaiting the moment she can remove the dressing, she’s rubbed some people up the wrong way by .
Her face could be seen oozing with blood as she enjoyed a dip in the pool at the Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel, as first reported by .
Taking to TripAdvisor to vent their frustrations, other hotel guests complained that while the establishment was ‘wonderful’, it was a ‘shame who they let stay there’.
They slammed Katie for with a ‘weeping’ face and scalp that was held together by ‘staples’.
Klair H wrote on the review platform on August 4: ‘We’re here at the moment and couldn’t fault this wonderful hotel until an infamous British “celebrity” and her entourage arrived and our opinion changed dramatically.
‘Who wants to relax and dine at a hotel looking at someone with blood all over their face, staples holding their scalp on and incisions weeping with puss?
‘Oh and she used the swimming pool as well…’
Leaving just two stars, the tourist added: ‘I’m not sure this hotel should be used as a recovery facility for plastic surgery.
‘It’s certainly put me off both visiting again and recommending it to anyone.’
In a diplomatic response, Cem Yalçın, the hotel’s owner, wrote back: ‘Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. Your experience of your stay is below our standard.
‘Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologise for failing to meet your expectations.
‘I have shared your feedback with the whole leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent from occurring in the future.
‘I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.’
Reality star Katie jetted to the fancy hotel with her boyfriend, Married At First Sight’s JJ Slater, 31, and her son, Harvey, 21.
She fled the country after failing to appear in court for a hearing relating to , as she currently owes over £760,000 in unpaid fees.
Chastising Katie, Judge Catherine Burton said earlier this week: ‘It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
‘She has no real excuse in failing to attend the hearing.
‘The reason for her absence is irrelevant.’
While sources previously claimed that Katie was considering extending her holiday and preferred to ‘hide out’ in Turkey, she has since returned to home soil.
Upon landing, she was greeted by police officers on the tarmac at Heathrow Airport, who escorted her into a vehicle.
Before boarding her flight, Katie took to her Instagram Story with a lengthy statement, thanking fans for their support and explaining that she was prepared to be detained after arriving back in London.
However, she expressed her sadness at feeling like authorities had treated her as a ‘criminal’.
She also shared her hopes that the matter could be handled with ‘care and compassion’ to avoid stressing out son Harvey.
‘I will continue to speak out on this and not be ashamed. I have and am continuing to pay back debtors as ordered by the court,’ part of her statement read.
‘I will address this with the police and courts when I land and I ask for my son Harvey’s sake it’s handled with care and compassion. I am after all only a human being.
‘I appreciate all of you that continue to show me love it means a lot. Kate [sic]’
Katie was declared bankrupt for the second time in March this year.
Her case was then postponed in May, with the Celebrity Big Brother star expected to tell the court how she intended to pay off her debts.
Last month, she moved out of her Mucky Mansion, denying reports that she was evicted and given just days to vacate the property.
