The 41-year-old reality TV star went down to a smaller breast size earlier this week, saying she was ‘very excited’ about the procedure.
Kerry previously said she doesn’t want ‘massive boobs,’ hence her decision to go under the knife.
The star – who shot to fame in the late 1990s – was initially ‘nervous’ about the surgery, despite being ‘sliced and diced’ that much that she could ‘probably give instructions,’ as she joked.
Following her op on Friday, Kerry shared a picture of the message inside the card on Instagram, as she called daughter Lilly the ‘sweetest girl in the world’.
‘My card from my Lilly after just getting my breast reduction @pallmallcosmetics Your too funny @lils.mc but your really the sweetest girl in the world❤️❤️❤️???,’ Kerry captioned the photo.
In the card, 19-year-old Lilly welcomed her mum into the ‘itty bitty t**ty community’, before joking about the benefits of having smaller boobs, such as ‘saving thousands of pounds on bras’ and being able to run ‘without setting off a magnitude 8 earthquake’.
Lilly also detailed advantages such as ‘being able to sleep on your front’ and ‘getting to celebrate Shrove pancake day 365 days a week’.
She then mentioned the downsides too, such as being called ‘little boy’, and that ‘cleavage isn’t a thing for people like us so it’s bums out!’ instead.
The card continued: ‘Here’s to a life of training bras, yours truly, the founder, president and most unfortunately loyal member of the itty bitty itty community.’
She then added: ‘All jokes aside I’m glad you’re okay and welcome back we missed you! You really deserved this as I know how uncomfortable you have been feeling in your own skin!’
Kerry welcomed Lilly-Sue with ex-husband in 2003. The former couple also have Molly Marie, who is 20, and Kerry has two other children, Dylan-Jorge and Heidi.
The former star had previously told fans on Instagram that she was going down from a triple-D to a C or a D. ‘I cannot praise Pall Mall [the surgery clinic] enough, they have been absolutely amazing.’
In a video clip she posted before the procedure, she admitted how nervous she was feeling, saying her mouth was ‘dead dry’, but then joked that she ‘should be used to this by now’ following her previous cosmetic procedures.
‘I’ve been sliced and diced that much I should probably give instructions,’ she quipped.
‘I’m like a flat pack from Ikea – that leg goes there, that t*t goes there.’
Afterwards, Kerry clarified to her followers that the operation took place on Friday, telling them that she is now ‘recovering very well’.
