The outlet adds that a source close to Jack insisted he was using private plates, not false ones, and that the TV personality denied using drugs.

‘Jack had turned up to filming all ready to take part in the show – but then the news broke about his arrest,’ a source told the publication.
After production held a ‘series of crisis meetings behind the scenes,’ it was decided that he should not take part.
The source added: ‘Producers are likely to be fuming about how it’s all turned out.’
Jack’s solicitor Conor Johnstone said on Thursday that his client ‘feels as though he’s been targeted by police’.
Conor said in a statement: ‘Mr Fincham has not been charged with drug driving and denies any drug consumption whatsoever.
‘There is no evidence at this stage that Mr Fincham drove whilst over the legal limit and we are hopeful that his blood results will prove the same.’

It comes after a similar incident in 2021 when Jack was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving offences and later pleaded not guilty at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court in Kent.
His lawyer, who also represented him in those matters, said that days before the trial in December, the prosecution dropped the case citing insufficient evidence.
In a statement on Thursday, Kent Police said: ‘On Saturday 26 August 2023, officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Swanley on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving while displaying false number plates, on the A2 near Dartford.
‘He has since been bailed until 26 November 2023.’
