Made In star Olivia Bentley has been working on a new venture, a range of vibrators.
The 28-year-old, who has been on the E4 reality show since 2016, has been busy working behind the scenes on sex she hopes will destigmatise pleasure for women and improve mental health.
The vibrators will be sold through her pre-existing sex-positive brand JOMO (Joy of Missing Out), which sells other products including CBD arousal oil, which Olivia told Metro.co.uk ‘helps with erectile dysfunction andwomen who are postmenopausal.’
Opening up on her decision to sell the new sex toys, the star continued: ‘I’m bringing out a line of vibrators, they’re going to be great… I’m so pro-sexual .
‘I think sex is a huge part of mental wellness, , so many different things. It’s not [just] about physical sex, and I also think masturbation is key.
‘I think women don’t speak enough about it, and if we do, it’s sort of vulgar, but it’s actually for your mental health, like stress release, it helps you sleep, there’ are so many pros that come with it, which is why I want to sell [vibrators].
Olivia has previously won praise for using her platform to , a hair loss condition she was diagnosed with at the age of 16 after going on the contraceptive pill.
Outlining her ambition to break the taboo around the autoimmune disorder, she told HELLO! Magazine: ‘It’s left me with feelings of insecurity over the years, so I’ve tried to hide my bald patches and receding hairline by wearing hats and hairpieces, and dyeing my naturally dark brown hair blonde.
‘Instead of retreating into my insecurity and concealing my hair loss even more, I decided to go public.’
She continued: ‘Not enough is spoken about alopecia in women. It’s still a taboo subject we tend to hide.
‘Now I hope that by coming forward, I will encourage other women and girls in the same situation not to feel upset or embarrassed anymore.’
Alopecia a ‘common autoimmune disorder that often results in unpredictable hair loss,’ and can affect anyone, regardless of age or gender.
Olivia recently announced her ‘amicable’ split from on-off boyfriend Tristan Phipps shortly after moving in together on Instagram.
