left fans bemused after posting a bizarre video on ahead of last night’s Grammy Awards.
The 63-year-old singer could be seen pushing her face closer and closer into the camera while wearing a black see-through top in the 13-second clip, with her hair in braided pigtails.
Eventually, the star’s face filled the entire frame as she started pouting and making a kissing motion.
We’re not sure who she was sending a kiss to, and it seems fans weren’t in the loop either…
One follower shared their concern in the comments below, asking: ‘Are you OK?’
The clip is no longer visible on Madonna’s page, sparking even more confusion.
Meanwhile, Madonna recently caught the attention of president Volodymyr Zelensky after posting an odd video montage of the  crisis set to one of her songs.
She condemned Russian President Putin for his invasion of the country, and urged people to donate to humanitarian charities as she shared a remix of her 2006 song Sorry set to clips of the ongoing conflict.
‘Russia’s Pointless and Greed Driven Invasion Of the Ukraine MUST be stopped!!’ Madonna wrote on Instagram.
‘Please Send in Humanitarian Aid to help millions of citizens of the Ukraine who’s lives are being affected by this CRISIS at this very moment!!’
The Queen of Pop also caused controversy on social media after criticising Instagram for taking down images of her that featured her nipples exposed.
She uploaded censored versions of the photos and added the caption: ‘I’m reposting photographs Instagram took down without warning or notification.
‘The reason they gave my management that does not handle my account was that a small portion of my nipple was exposed.
‘It is still astounding to me that we live in a culture that allows every inch of a woman’s body to be shown except a nipple. As if that is the only part of a woman’s anatomy that could be sexualised.
‘The nipple that nourishes the baby!’
