UK couple and faced plenty of challenges on Monday night’s episode as they spilt home truths during honesty week.
The seemingly favoured bride and groom appeared to have had a smooth road up until the task that forced contestants to tell one another what they wished to change about them.
During the episode, viewers watched Brad, 27, tell Shona, 31, that he feared they had different levels of maturity.
The newlyweds sat opposite each other on the couch in their new apartment and produced lists of questions they wanted to quiz their spouses on.
Shona began asking Brad whether or not he felt they were equally as mature as each other to which the model replied he didn’t think so.
Taken aback, the Nottingham native was surprised to hear her other half share criticism and fears as she believed them to be in a good place.
The model – who has a son – expressed that he felt he was further on in life as he was a father and asked the performing arts teacher what she felt her responsibilities were.
Later on in the episode, Shona was shocked to find out that Brad had been chatting to the other brides about her and revealed he felt she was ‘childish’.
Shona was in tears as she listened to the news and confronted her partner, claiming she was blindsided as she had no idea he felt that way.
She also shared that the couple had agreed to keep their internal affairs to themselves and explained that he had broken her trust by telling the other contestants.
After an emotional conversation, the historically loved-up couple hugged things out and agreed to work on their communication moving forward.
