Maya Jama shows off luxurious Fiji hotel after landing to film Love Island spin-off

has and now she’s landed in Fiji ahead of filming a new spin-off.

Last month the TV presenter, 29, , 30, four years after they broke up.

The couple were spotted hand-in-hand in Greece after fuelling rumours of a reunion with their teasy snaps from the same resort.

However now Maya is back at work, , which will see Islanders from various international editions of the franchise competing in various challenges.

In the updated special, romance will meet reality as former contestants are faced with both team and couple challenges, all while navigating dating, eliminations, recoupling and dramatic new arrivals.

On Friday Maya posted some updates as she was travelling, joking how she was ‘still in the air’ and lamenting her long journey.

However soon after she shared some videos from the sunshine and then of her hotel room in Fiji.

‘Well, would you look at that, what a lovely lovely room to come to,’ she was heard saying as giving a tour of her new digs.

‘This is my room for the next month and my feet are finally on the ground.’

She then shared a photo of a pool area, before posting the trailer for Love Island Games.

However, Maya soon started posting photos and videos from around the resort as she did her best to tackle jet lag.

‘Just gotta try stay awake till nighttime, now I’m delirious,’ she wrote.

Explaining that she was ‘forcing herself to stay up’ so she could line up with the time zone, Maya then spent some time by the pool before watching various performers at the hotel bar.

While the cast for the series is yet to be confirmed, it’s been reported that Megan Barton Hanson and Curtis Pritchard have joined the programme, which will feature former stars from the UK, US and Aussie versions.

‘Megan and Curtis are both amazing signings for the spin-off and bosses are rubbing their hands together that they agreed to take part,’ a source told .

They added the pair were two of the franchise’s ‘most memorable contestants ever’.

Love Island Games premieres on Wednesday November 1 on Peacock.
