Modern Family’s has finally tied the knot with her partner Wells Adams, , in a gorgeous ceremony flanked by her co-stars.
The actress, 31, who played Haley Dunphy in the comedy, married her beau at a Californian vineyard this weekend, two years after they had originally planned their big day.
Modern Family , Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Nolan Gould were there to celebrate the happy couple, sharing various glimpses into the gorgeous day.
Sofia, who played Gloria Delgado-Pritchett and brought her son Manolo along as her date, donned a floral dress for the occasion, captioning one photo: ‘Summer wedding!!❤️❤️’.
She went on to share snaps with her co-star Jesse, who plays Mitchell Pritchett, and his husband Justin Mikita, adding: ‘#sarahandwells wedding❤️❤️❤️❤️.’
Sofia also shared a glimpse at the stunning tiered wedding cake, and photos of guests using parasols in the sunny weather.
Jesse posted a gorgeous snap with his husband Justin, both clad in suave suits, writing: ‘Dads night out ❤️.’
Sarah and Wells started dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019.
The wedding is a long time coming for them, after they were forced to postpone due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a recent snap, Sarah admitted she was more than ready to get married, writing on Instagram: ‘8.8.20 ✨ 2 years of would be marriage bliss. I Love You to Pluto and Back ? Let’s make it official already ?.’
However, this summer, the pair still managed to enjoy their bachelor and bachelorette parties.
As for whether she’ll take her husband’s name, Sarah previously told E! News: ‘My mom didn’t take my father’s last name, so that’s never been a thing for me.
‘I do like being called “Mrs. Adams” when we’re on vacation and stuff, and if the reservation’s under his name, I’m like, “Oh my god, I’m so cute.” But I don’t know. Haven’t decided on it.’
