Mr Blobby causes absolute chaos on The Big Breakfast as he storms studio and fans are loving it

TV legend Mr Blobby caused a lot of carnage on on Saturday morning, and viewers couldn’t help but love it – if not find it slightly terrifying. 

Channel 4 viewers have been loving the return of 90s hit show The Big Breakfast in recent weeks, hosted by and . 

But today’s episode marked the final in the current series, with some very special treats for fans to enjoy. 

One such came in the form of 90s icon Mr Blobby, who made a pretty unexpected arrival, delighting superfans, guests Rosie Jones and Self Esteem

Self Esteem literally screamed after Mr Blobby literally crashed into the house, but the pair then hugged it out in brilliant fashion. 

The character went on to embrace host Mo before chaotically taking control of the camera, which marked the tone for the rest of Mr Blobby’s appearance.

Later on, Mr Blobby had a bit of an accident when getting onto an inflatable in the famous house, which caused him to have to be rescued.

Fans particularly enjoyed this moment, with one writing on Twitter:’Mr Blobby getting rescued off an inflatable. ART. #TheBigBreakfast.’

Someone else shared: ‘Oy cuuuz @MoTheComedian Mr Blobby is Movin CRAAAAZZZYY ??????.’

Another viewer added: ‘Mr Blobby getting stuck under a champagne bottle rodeo machine should get this show BAFTAs IMMEDIATELY #TheBigBreakfast.’

‘The final show had a garage music megamix, Rosie Jones and Mr Blobby riding a bottle rodeo. Absolute chaos and I loved it – more please! #TheBigBreakfast.

Rosie later share a pic of them together, and wrote: ‘Emotional day today. I finally met my biological father,’ after clearly having a brilliant time in the character’s company.

Elsewhere today, fans got to enjoy guests such as Gemma Collins, comedian Russell Howard, supermodel Jourdan Dunn and former EastEnders legend Ross Kemp.

Saturday morning’s reboot has been an absolute tonic for fans, who have begged the broadcaster . 

It’s absolutely lived up to the legacy created all those years ago by the OG show, starting strong with Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Culculoglu as guests, fresh out the Majorcan Love Island villa.

Others to have entered the studio included two of the Lionesses, Ella Toone and Alessia Russo, as well as Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe, EastEnders icon Shaun Williamson and Eurovision’s Sam Ryder, 

The Big Breakfast airs Saturdays from 10am on Channel 4.
