Nicki Minaj has reignited her feud with Cardi B and, in the process, taken aim at other female rappers too.

The Starships rapper has been accused of throwing shade at her longtime rap rival, as well as and , in a tweet on Tuesday.

Nicki, 39, shared a screenshot of an opinion piece published which was titled: ‘Why Nicki Minaj is one of the greatest of all time.’

In one section, the writer notes that while the ‘contributions’ of artists like Cardi, Doja, Megan and the City Girls have been ‘welcomed’ in recent years, ‘female rap still feels incomplete without Nicki Minaj’s presence and output’.

A former fan said that while they used to love Nicki’s music and still ‘believes she is queen of rap (for now)’, they feel that she has become ‘bitter and petty’ in recent years.

One other weighed in: ‘Nicki might be talented but she’s also way too petty and chart obsessed for her own good imo.’

However, Nicki’s devoted Barbz of course rushed to her defence, with one weighing in: ‘Nicki crossed out the names so yall wouldnt think she was being messy, and yall still think she was being messy.’

One supporter claimed: ‘None of the girls crossed out have the influence to take over the rap game by themselves the same way Nicki did.’

‘We love a disrespectful queen. (We know you’re not),’ another fan quipped.

There’s no love lost between Cardi and Nicki whose beef has spanned several years and even spilled out onto social media at one point.

However, Cardi seemed to extend the olive branch in 2020 when she
