Mother Monster knows best as Rina Sawayama addresses rumours that she will soon be hitting the road with .

In an exclusive interview with Guilty Pleasures, the Japanese-British singer said she would ‘love’ to join Gaga on which kicks off in July.

Fans are convinced it is on the cards after Rina wrote ‘see you soon’ in response to a post from the pop superstar which praised her recent performance at .

‘I have tried my hardest. My team have tried their hardest. It is completely up to Miss Lady Gaga herself and what she wants to do with her tour,’ Rina teased.

‘As much as I can try and wink at Bobby Campbell [Gaga’s manager], you know what I mean, there’s only a certain – Gaga, I respect her so much, so whatever she does is up to her, but I would love to, I’m willing and game!’

They have already worked together on Gaga’s track Free Woman, from last year’s Dawn of Chromatica remix album.

‘She’s been so kind to me. That’s all I can say. I saw her in Vegas and we met for the first time. It was amazing. She’s like a mum,’ the 31-year-old gushed.

Meanwhile, Rina, who identifies as pansexual, is firing on all cylinders with the release of her scorching new single This Hell, out now.

‘I wanted to write a song about a party in hell, because of all these people who have been told they’re going to hell for certain life choices or identities that they have,’ she explained.

‘I thought, god, so many people are allegedly “wrong” for existing, wouldn’t it be so fun if we were all in hell together?’

She added: ‘It’s about community, the queer community in particular, and how we can grow such an incredible amount of love around just being told we’re wrong all the time.’

In September, Rina will drop her second album Hold the Girl, and next year, she’ll opposite Keanu Reeves in John Wick 4.
