Rockstar has reportedly been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a helicopter.
A lawsuit filed by the woman, in court documents obtained by , accuses the musician, 61, of groping her, kissing her and penetrating her against her consent in a helicopter cockpit.
She claims the alleged sexual assault took place in February 2003 when she was riding in the helicopter with Lee and another man, flying to Los Angeles.
According to the outlet, she claims she felt ‘pressured to go’ and that in the air, the pilot and Motley Crue drummer Lee were allegedly drinking alcohol, smoking weed and snorting cocaine.
She also claims that Lee became forceful after she was pressured to sit on his lap, and that he allegedly penetrated her with his fingers and attempted to force her head towards his genitals.
The documents state, according to TMZ, that the woman said she was left feeling shocked, distressed, humiliated, shamed and guilty after the alleged sexual assault.
She is now said to be suing him for damages after suffering from anxiety, depression and PTSD.
Lee, who went viral last year for on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, has previously spoken about his struggles and dependency on alcohol, revealing a day before his previous stint in rehab.
He told Yahoo! Entertainment: ‘I was like, “Oh dude, I’ve got to stop.” Like, I was drinking just out of boredom.
‘I would just wake up and be just building [a cocktail with] just all vodka and just a little eyedropper of cranberry or lemonade.
‘I was drinking two gallons – not pints, not quarts, but gallons, the big-handles – a day. That’s f*****g crazy.’
He added: ‘I just realised, “Whoa dude, you’re drinking enough to like, you could probably die.” And It wasn’t even fazing me… I just became sort of immune to it.’
