’s career looks set to fly after his stunning I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! win.
The Made In star beat out finalists and to be on Sunday night, and was, naturally, .
But winning I’m A Celeb, as the star has been tipped for a guest host – or even permanent host – of ITV’s flagship programme This Morning.
And that’s not all, as bookies have also slashed the odds on him taking part in next year’s Strictly Come Dancing, and to host a new TV show with jungle campmate Tony Bellew.
spokesperson Lee Phelps explained: ‘Sam Thompson’s reign as King of the Jungle may still be in its infancy, but we’re already looking ahead to what lies in store next for the Made in Chelsea star.’
He’s currently got odds of 4/6 to appear as host on This Morning by the end of 2024, with a TV team-up between himself and Tony at 3/1.
‘‌The I’m A Celebrity winner is meanwhile 8/1 to follow in his girlfriend Zara McDermott’s footsteps and take to the Strictly ballroom next year,’ Lee added.
As if that isn’t exciting enough news for the 31-year-old, a source has also told The Sun that Sam could ‘easily’ make £1 million in the next year as his popularity explodes.
‘Calls have already started to be made about opportunities for Sam – including his own TV series. There has also been a flurry of big-money deals thrown his way,’ the source claimed.
They added that while Sam has always been popular among younger viewers thanks to his role in Made in Chelsea, he’s now ‘known and loved by millions.’
Sam already has plenty lined up for next year, as he and best mate Pete Wicks are preparing to take their podcast Staying Relevant on the road, with dates in Newcastle, Glasgow, London, Manchester and Cardiff in April 2024.
Pete was there to celebrate with Sam after he was announced as the winner of I’m A Celeb 2023 by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, with Sam excitedly jumping into his arms – despite the fact they were on a rickety bridge.
Back at home, girlfriend Zara was hosting a watch party with friends and family for the finale, with a video showing the moment Sam was declared the winner, the room positively erupting with cheers.
Zara previously explained why Pete was going to Australia to meet Sam while she stayed at home, and revealed it was because her boyfriend was convinced she would still be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing while he was in the jungle.
In fact, she was knocked out of the competition before Sam even headed out to Australia, but she explained on Instagram ‘ it was a bit impossible to clear everything but Sam was so excited by the idea of Pete being there anyway that he was happy for me to be waiting for him back at base.’
On Sunday, Sam told Ant and Dec that his time in the jungle was ‘like a dream I didn’t want to be woken up from.’
‘It’s the most surreal thing I’ve ever done in my life,’ he added, with the I’m A Celeb megafan joking he ‘blacked out’ when Ant and Dec first walked into camp.
