Despite relinquishing some control over his music businesses, he wasn’t quite ready to retire as he signed on the dotted line to co-own Harry Blu – a distillery based in Miami and founded by Harry Blustein.
Simon shared news updating his fans on his latest venture on Twitter where he penned on Friday: ‘Harry Blu are an incredibly dedicated small team with great taste and passion that has built their business. I am excited to be apart of the next phase of their growth.’
He added a link to the brand’s website underneath his announcement of his partnership with the American company.
Fans reacted to the news and wished him well as he began the next phase of his career in the drinks industry.

The star also added how he was feeling about the new job in a press release from the brand itself.
