Now,has obtained court documents that reportedly outline a custody agreement made between the pair.
According to the publication, each will each get two weeks at a time with their daughters until January.
They will also reportedly be allowed to travel to anywhere in the and the UK, meaning Sophie can bring her girls back to , which she claims will be their ‘forever home.’
A court filing pictured by the publication said the custody sharing comes ‘in anticipation of an amicable resolution’ of all issues in their divorce.
The A-listers announced via a public message posted to social media ‘after four wonderful years’ in a statement shared to their respective Instagram accounts.
While many narratives have whirled about why the pair called it quits, they insisted it was a ‘united’ decision.
‘There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children,’ they wrote.
While since the split, the X-Men actress hasn’t spoken about her ex, she has been spotted hanging out with Taylor Swift, who also used to go out with Joe.
