Springwatch viewers couldn’t believe what they were seeing after spotting ’s pricy outfit.
A recent episode of the hit nature series has got people talking after the 63-year-old presenter teased one of the most dramatic seasons in its history, but it was his choices that caught the eye.
Earlier this week, Chris was seen chatting with 58-year-old co-star Hannah Stitfall as they enjoyed some alcohol-free beer at The Pecker and Bush after a busy episode.
Sitting down for a drink, the star was seen in a mustard yellow coat, dark trousers and a black bucket hat.
However, eagle eyed viewers couldn’t help but notice he was wearing a Prada hat, which costs around £520 online.
Fans were amused to see Chris rocking the pricy headwear, and flooded social media with their approval over his outfit choice.

The episode aired after Chris has urged Taylor Swift to reconsider her ‘absurd’ private jet journeys after reports claimed her two planes amassed 178,000 miles in air travel in 2023, as she takes her Eras tour around the world.
‘We know that private jets are the single greatest contributor when it comes to jet aviation fuel and the least efficient because they’re carrying one person,’ he said, insisting she could have vowed to sell her planes.
‘I mean, you can’t say she’s responsible for climate breakdown. But she’s an icon. And as a consequence of that, she should be leading.’
