Stormy Daniels has cancelled a world exclusive interview with at the 11th hour due to ‘security issues’.
The adult film star, 44, was due to be interviewed by the TalkTV presenter, 58, on his titular show on Friday night, but he revealed she was forced to pull out minutes before she was scheduled to be on air.
Taking to Twitter, Morgan said: ‘UPDATE: Unfortunately, Stormy Daniels has had to suddenly postpone our interview tonight due to some security issues that have arisen. Hope she’s OK.’
Daniels has not yet addressed the matter on social media and promo surrounding her appearance has been deleted.
In one now-deleted post, Morgan allegedly said he cancelled his holiday for the interview.
Daniels’ appearance on the programme would have been her first televised chat after was indicted over alleged hush money payment to her in 2016 for alleged campaign fraud.
Addressing her part in the former US President’s potential downfall, she told ‘I am fully aware of the insanity of it being a porn star. But it’s also poetic; this p**sy grabbed back.’
She also voiced her prediction that violence will unfold regardless of the result.
‘Whatever the outcome is, it’s going to cause violence, and there’s going to be injuries and death,’ she continued to the publication. ‘There’s the potential for a lot of good to come from this.
‘But either way, a lot of bad is going to come from it, too.’
On Thursday night, Daniels thanked her supporters for their love.
She tweeted: ‘I have so many messages coming in that I can’t respond … also don’t want to spill my champagne.
‘#Teamstormy merch/autograph orders are pouring in, too! Thank you for that as well but allow a few extra days for shipment.’
Around the same time that Morgan announced Daniels’ postponement, he praised his security company on Instagram.
‘Thanks so much to a fantastic bunch of security guys for their help at our Ealing studio for the past 15 months – honestly some of the best I’ve ever worked with… will miss you!’
