has made good use of her and splurged on a luxury guest house.
The Skims founder, 42, snapped up the Malibu mansion, complete with private beach, for a hefty $70m (£54.9m) back in September.
Previously owned by Cindy Crawford, the reality TV star gave The Kardashians viewers and sister Khloé Kardashian, 39, a tour of the property in the latest episode of the Plus series.
The six-acre estate is being given a full facelift by legendary designer Axel Vervoordt, who previously worked his magic on Kim’s she formerly shared with ex-husband Kanye West.
For the new property, however, Axel revealed on the reality series he had a different vision and instead will take inspiration from samurais after one previously lived in Kim’s guesthouse.
He also told Kim, like samurais, was a ‘warrior’, and promised the renovated mansion, which is being transformed from a three into a five-bedroom home, will help balance her energy.
As she gave viewers a glimpse of her new pad, sold through and overlooking the Californian coastline, Kim shared the brief was ‘half kids and half party’ after previously vowing to .
While Khloé was given the full tour of the property, which was currently empty in preparation for the renovation, she gasped: ‘It looks like a painting.’
Reflecting on the purchase, the mother-of-four enthused in a confessional: ‘This has been a dream of mine forever.
‘It’s just one of those like pinch-me moments where I can’t believe I like achieved a goal that I really didn’t really think was realistic.’
She continued: ‘It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, “They have all this stuff and they do all these things and like it’s so normal.” It’s not normal and we know that.
‘It wasn’t like, “Oh I got a house in Malibu, no big deal.” It was like, I stood on the beach, like tears down my face, like, holy s**t I did this.’
While Khloé had joked her big sister shouldn’t tell her kids the house exists, Kim insisted it would be a family home to create future memories.
‘This house is going to be the craziest memories for all of my kids, all of my nieces and nephews,’ she told producers.
Kim’s new retreat comes after she tearfully with Kanye, with who she shares children North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four.
Over the past year, the Gold Digger rapper has sparked controversy for that he has made, resulting in him being for violating the rules of the platforms.
Kim broke down in tears as she said her ‘instinct’ over the controversy was: ‘Wow, I can never talk to this person again,’ but this changed when she thought of her kids.
‘It’s really confusing for me. It’s so different than the person that I married, because that’s who I loved and that’s who I remember and that’s who I… you know? I’ll do anything to get that person back,’ she added.
The Kardashians is available to watch on Disney Plus.
